Carina firmly believes that quality and attention to detail are paramount in creating pieces that truly resonate with you.
Not only is she dedicated to exceptional artistry and craftsmanship, but she prioritises sustainable practices to ensure a positive ecological footprint.
1.Contact
Carina personally welcomes all clients to the Wild World by selecting a time to reach out by phone or video call - this takes gives you an opportunity to get to know her, as well as her the opportunity to get to know you.
To prepare for this contact, it is recommended that you determine the desired ring size; you may find this printable Size Guide helpful. This may present a challenge, so rest assured that all bespoke creations include a complimentary ring resizing service.
2. Consultation
The first consultation gives Carina an opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of your design requirements. As Wild Cut Designs does not have a physical store front, this can be done face to face or by video call, whichever you prefer.
To prepare for this consultation it is recommended that you prepare some photo inspiration, digitally or physically, and take time to consider your preferred gem materials.
3. Collaboration
Carina values collaboration and is proud to offer you the chance to work alongside her in the bespoke process. Once your design ideas have been refined, she will present a range of designs (illustrations), gem materials and diamonds, guiding you through the process. This provides you a unique opportunity to be intimately involved in your wild creation.
Beyond the design itself, you have the option to personalise your piece with elements such as engravings, inscriptions or unique customisations.
4. Design Brief & Quotation
Once the design and gemstone choices have been finalised, Carina will send you a full brief outlining all your design features along with a quotation.
If you are happy with the brief and would like to proceed, you will sign and return the quotation.
At this time, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit - payment of such will initiate the production of your wild creation.
5. Creation
Upon payment of your deposit, Carina will be able to provide an estimated date of completion. Each piece in the wild workshop is crafted with affectionate attention, utilising traditional methods. This is an intricate crafting process and usually spans 6-8 weeks, however, it is important to note that each bespoke creation is unique so it can be difficult to standardise timeframes.
If you are working with a specific timeline, please let Carina know during your initial consultation.
6. Completion
The big moment before the big moment; Carina will personally unveil your bespoke creation. This can be done face to face at your preferred location, or via postage if required. At no additional charge to you, this includes a valuation documentation and professional photography of our creation.
