Wild remodelling is a bespoke journey; starting with your vision and ending with a remarkable piece of jewellery that holds sentiment and renewed splendour.
Here's how the process unfolds:
1. Collaboration & Assessment
Carina personally welcomes all clients to the Wild World, beginning with a conversation. As Wild Cut Designs does not have a physical store front, this can be done face to face or by video call, whichever you prefer. She will take time to understand your aspirations, style preferences, and the stories behind your existing pieces. Whether you have a single item or a collection of jewellery, you will work with Carina to conceptualise a new design that honours the essence of each original piece.
Carina carefully assess the materials of your existing jewellery pieces. Gemstones, metals, and other components are examined to determine their condition and suitability for the remodelling process. If you wish to incorporate new materials, she will guide you through the options available. To prepare for this consultation it is recommended that you prepare some photo inspiration, digitally or physically.
2. Design & Personalisation
Once Carina has a grasp on your vision, she will sketch and design various concepts that incorporate elements from your existing jewellery. Whether this is a complete transformation or a subtle enhancement, she will ensure that the design resonates with your preferences.
Beyond the design itself, you have the opportunity to personalise your piece with engravings, inscriptions and other customisations that make the jewellery uniquely yours.
3. Brief & Quotation
Once the design and gemstone choices have been finalised, Carina will send you a full brief outlining all your design features along with a quotation.
If you are happy with the brief and would like to proceed, you will sign and return the quotation. At this time, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit - payment of such will initiate your remodeling.
4. Recreation
Carina will commence the remodeling; this is an intricate process with exceptional craftsmanship required to comine the old and new elements seamlessly. Every detail is meticulously attended to, ensuring that the final piece captures the essence you envisioned.
5. Completion
You wild creation will be personally revealed by Carina. This can be done face to face at your preferred location, or via postage if required.
Your revitalised jewellery piece is now ready to be cherished anew. Wear it proudly, knowing that you've not only honoured its history but also created a new chapter in its story, creating an heirloom piece that can be enjoyed for future generations.
