Nick
Bespoke Creation
In February of 2020, the North East Lapidary Club in Tasmania hosted a gem faceting course - Nick was lucky enough to secure a spot and was encouraged to take one of his own rough crystals to learn on. He chose a large 15ct Tasmanian Topaz he found in Eastern Tasmania a few years prior, one of his first and most exciting finds.
Nick was so very happy and proud of the finished product, and his first ever faceted gemstone, that only a few years later he came to Wild Cut Designs to get the stunning topaz set into a ring for his mother. A piece that can be passed down through the family as a reminder of the adventure his had living in Tasmania.
